  Absolutely outstanding customer service from Ceira in the Cardiff branch of Watches of Switzerland. A true ambassador for the company, she took time to help my daughter choose the right watch for her 21st birthday, included a birthday card with the watch and hosted us superbly. We could not have wished for a better ‘birthday gift’ experience.

  I have not experienced anything negative as of yet over several years occasionally visiting this store. The staff for the most part are helpfull and nice people. Rolex's waiting system can't be helped that's my only gripe. I got offered my second option on my waiting list the other day shortly after my birthday. It was beautiful, but unfortunatley it took so long to come in. I had given up really on getting anything and spent the money I had set asside on other things like a car, omega watch and other jewlry. All of which I like, so don't regret, but It was just the wrong time when presented as short AFTER my birthday. I could not be bothered getting a credit card or setting up finance for it, as it was the second option. I also quit a lecturing job I had secured, as the expectations were unrealistic, no handover was in place or prepared lessons and I was not going to be planning 3 subjects at 3 different levels from scratch nor would I be planning them a week in advance for the disabled student's support workers without sacrificing my own wellbeing.

  I recently visited Watches of Switzerland to purchase a TAG Heuer watch for my son's 21st birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mason, the salesperson who assisted us was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect watch for such a special occasion. Mason took the time to explain the different models, answer all our questions, and ensure we felt confident in our choice without ever feeling pressured. What stood out most was his attention to detail and the personal touch Mason brought to the experience. The TAG Heuer watch was beautifully presented, and the level of customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making such an important birthday gift purchase so enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend Watches of Switzerland and especially Mason who looked after us.

  We came across Watches of Switzerland during our trip out to Cardiff for the six nations Wales Vs Italy (which Wales won woohoo 🙌🏼) we nipped in to take a look at some watches as I wanted to buy my fiancé a watch for our wedding / 30th . The staff in there were friendly; Kiera and Josh really stood out for us. Both very knowledgeable, chatty, friendly and happy to be part of our journey. They let us look at the watches in detail, try a few on and gave us advice on them. We chose a Bremont super marine green edition which suited him perfectly. We got offered to pay fully or with finance. We had the option for collecting the watch at a different time, being delivered but decided on just taking it to the rugby match with us in a posh bag. Must have been the good luck charm. A glass of prosecco and a beer was a lovely little extra. Cheers 🥂 Kiera was very knowledgeable and was lovely to have her as part of our wedding watch journey and considering she'd only been there a few weeks it made it special for us. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful too and we appreciate you both. Thankyou so much for my now husbands watch he loves it and is very happy with it and looked smart and stunning with his suit. X
