    Excellent choice to purchase my new watch from Goldsmiths, Cardiff last week. I was assisted by Sara who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn’t fault the service from her or any other member of the team. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

    Great store with beautifully presented products. The staff are helpful and professional. They also offered me refreshments whilst I was waiting. I would highly recommend.

    I would like to extend my gratitude to the store manager who has over the last 2 months sorted out all my issues with the online team at Goldsmiths. I did not buy from this store and all the issues were not her problem but with brilliant professionalism she dealt with everything on my behalf. Maybe she should be in charge of the online department.
