  A big thank you to Olivia the supervisor and her team for helping me out with picking a nice shirt to go with my recently purchased wedding suit. A very friendly and professional service from start to finish. Olivia explained the different shirts and styles well, checked my measurements and helped me to make a final choice (I'm not the most fashion savvy person) I would highly recommend Charles Tyrwhitt especially this Cardiff branch 👍🏻

  Fantastic service. I was only buying 1 white shirt but the attention from the multiple staff I spoke to was genuinely helpful, but never pushy. I will definitely return next time I need a suit or other things.

  Great service at Cardiff store. I booked a dedicated appointment through the website and was looked after by Luke, who was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I needed, gave good advice on sizing, colours and combinations, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. I ended up buying a full selection of items, including chinos, shirts, shoes, a jacket and a merino jumper. Everything was well presented, and Luke helped me put together pieces that worked well as a smart, practical wardrobe. The appointment service was definitely worth booking and made shopping much more efficient. A really positive experience overall, and I would happily recommend both the Cardiff store and Luke.

  I had a great experience thanks to Luke. Even though I didn’t end up making a purchase, he was extremely supportive, patient, and helpful throughout. He took the time to help me try on different items and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each option. His customer service was excellent and really stood out definitely a positive experience overall.
