  I ordered a £800 wedding ring online for delivery to the Coventry store. Firstly, delivery updates didn't work. When I went into store to query arrival, the young girl serving said "we can't help, you'll have to call head office". After much persuasion she finally went out back to check and the delivery had just arrived. She then told me I couldn't take the ring as it took 30 mins to process. I asked, well maybe can I try it on?!? At this stage, the manager appeared and actually started being helpful. So well done to the manager but otherwise shocking service. The 3mm ring itself also dips to about 1.5mm at the back, so quite cheap quality for price.... And not shown on the website. Overall, go somewhere with more accurate pics and better customer service

  Visited Goldsmiths to get a jewellery repair on a vintage ring. They kept me updated throughout the process and were so helpful and friendly. The repair was amazing. So happy with the service I received and I will use them again in the future.

  Two months awaiting for 2 wedding rings and two days before wedding rings not been ordered by head office...this shows no respect for costumers...and was made full amount payment...just geg my refund and don't shop there again...must give one stars because can't give negative...if I could they will get it😪😡😡
