  First class service from the moment I walked through the door. The Patek Philippe exhibition was stunning with some truly exceptional pieces. Dani walked me through the exhibition and it was great discussing these amazing pieces with someone with such passion. I was actually there to buy my new Omega but the exhibition was truly exceptional and a great experience (hopefully an Aquanaut or Calatrava will grace my collection at some point). Dani and I discussed the various Omega options, from the Bond edition Seamster 300,Seamster, Speedmasters and I think everything else with an Omega insignia. I had been into the store some five years prior to discuss a potential 50th birthday present, and it was great to see Gio in the store still offering his great insights into the brands. After some considerable time and discussions with Dani (and most of the team lol) I decided on my new purchase, photo attached. I will certainly be back. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dani and the entire team and I look forward to securing a PP in the future 😁 I absolutely love my Omega and the Michael Spiers experience ❤️

  I have been a customer of Michael Spiers for well over two decades. Their service is second to none. They are a highly professional, Knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. The jewellery and watches that I have purchased from Michael Spiers have been exceptional, each piece has been absolutely perfect. The luxurious Truro showroom is impeccable and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I would like to thank Justin for going the “extra mile” for me in my recent Omega Watch purchase. Thank you.

  Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff, my father came in and tried to purchase a watch from you, and was brushed off time and time again while waiting for assistance, all because of the way he was dressed. Why does personal preference determine wealth? You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves, hope it was worth losing business!

  I recently decided that I was going to treat myself to a new watch for my upcoming 50th Birthday. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Millie and her service was exceptional! Seated and handed a glass of champagne Millie showed me the watch I had chosen and proceeded to talk me through the details and workings of the watch. She adjusted the time, date and the strap to my liking and also talked me through the setting up of my extended warranty. She was extremely polite, friendly and professional during the sale. I felt like a very special customer!
