- BFbev forresterSep 14, 20265.0Great shop. Had everything i needed and at very good prices. Staff were helpful . All good 👍
- MMMillieSep 10, 20261.0Always had the worst customer service but today was a new level. The older lady and girl with glasses around beauty and fragrance need lessons on being polite and not being so rude and judgemental. Never in my life have I had a CUSTOMER SERVICE worker make a snarky, sarcastic comment almost directly to my face as if I wasn’t even there. I was even with my disabled mother who I care for and was in pain which makes me even more upset at the disgusting treatment. I work in customer service myself and can’t even imagine treating people with such indecency! Honestly I usually give benefit of the doubt and brush off negative experiences but to make such a sarcastic, rude joke to a young carer and disabled mother, who were having a private conversation which she listened in on in order to make the comment, I quite frankly cannot brush off. As if standing around doing nothing but talking isn’t bad enough…. Real impressive and classy ladies! Sure your parents and children would be proud 🙂
