  plenty of parking but can get busy. Shop lay out is decent and plenty of choice. Staff seem friendly.

  Typical mid size TK Maxx store. Selection of clothing, beauty products etc. visited while passing in area and needed some retail therapy.

  Drove an hour to visit this TK Maxx specifically as a treat for my mum, who has significant mobility issues and experiences pain sitting in the car for long periods. We made the journey because she was really looking forward to it. We were turned away mid-shop because the manager on duty would not allow my two small dogs, despite them being safely contained in a pet buggy. I’ve visited numerous TK Maxx stores with them before and have never had an issue. What was most frustrating was that there was no signage at the entrance and no clear information on the TK Maxx website. After looking online afterwards, it appears the decision may be left to individual store managers, which customers have no way of knowing before making the trip. It also felt particularly confusing given that the store sells a range of pet products, which makes the lack of a clear and consistent pet policy even more surprising. If this store doesn’t allow dogs, that’s its choice—but there should be clear signage at the entrance and a clear explanation of the policy online so customers don’t waste long journeys. Very disappointing.
