  You have to look through a lot of rubbish to find the occasional good buy, obviously being a smaller branch, doesn't have the most exciting array. What let's this place down is one or two, not all, of the staff. Worst offenders on the tills is a woman, about early fifties, tight curly blonde hair, who us consistently so officious, cold and irritable, a few I know have commented on her.one tone when I was in a rush, all bought was a pack if wooden hangers, I said I didn't need the receipt, most shops actually ask if you want the receipt, she spoke to me like an employee, saying I had to come back and take the receipt before leaving the shop, I have never ever in any shop had this, it wasn't a problem in itself but being today what to do in such a curt manner, after so many other bad experiences with her, what an utterly petty jobsworth. I've gad less attitude in Harrods. Fortunately I won't be going into this store ever again.

  Store now much too small and cramped. Menswear, which was upstairs has now been moved downstairs. The upstairs section is now half the size it was and a bit pointless, with just homeware items. All clothing is now pushed into a ridiculously small space downstairs, next to the tills. Whenever you stop to look at something you’re in the way of someone else trying to get past. It’s now by far the worst TK Maxx in the region.

  Very bad management at Kendal Store Tkmaxx. Week ago when I was bought few items lady scan them, then later with manager changed by manual price 1 item for higher. I just bought other items, but still she charged me for item , what I don't want after changed price. Today I bought some expensive hat, was with red reduce label. At home I found that original, before price was lowell as reduced price. So finally I payed more as orginl price. Its disgusting, disrespectful for customers. Shame of you managment of Kendal Store !!!

  😤 ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible. Bought a pan from TK Maxx and it started sticking the first time I cooked with it. Clearly faulty. Took it back and the staff AND the manager flat-out refused to replace it or help in any way. No accountability, no customer service, just excuses. Selling poor-quality products and then refusing to stand by them is unacceptable. Won’t be shopping here again.
