  It was very easy and the young lady was really helpful. She was extremely pleasant and efficient. Only gave a 9 because of the slightly reduced final offer which was disappointing really.

  Glynn , helped us with an item which i could not find, went out his way to help me with this item, spoke to a different colleague who brushed it off and said it wasnt available but Glynn helped is all the way, even helped me order the item online , will be going back to him if anything

  Please can the young girl working on Sunday 26th July in the morning get some recognition! We were on the self serve tills. There was a lovely young girl supervising, and her customer service was honestly amazing. She was so kind, friendly and welcoming. Even though they were self-service tills, she practically did it all for us and we chatted the whole way through. Whilst chatting, I mentioned that my nephew has leukaemia and showed her his crowdfunder. We weren't expecting anything at all, but later that same day we received a very, very generous anonymous donation. The crowdfunder has been up for quite a while and, apart from our family and friends, nobody else has donated. She was the only person I'd spoken to about it, and she also asked how to get to the page, so I'm quite certain she was the person who donated. I just wanted to ask if she could get some recognition, not only for her exceptional customer service but also for being such a beautiful, kind and generous human being. I really regret not getting her name, but if possible, I'd love for this message to be passed on to her. I've even posted on Facebook hoping someone might know who she is so we could thank her, but I've had no luck, which is why I'm leaving this review. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this wonderful person really deserves one. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks. Her kindness means more to us than she'll probably ever realise

  Went to WeBuyAnyCar in Halifax and met Victor. We needed to sell our car and had a rough idea of price for my car. They came in a bit under the value so we left there and had a think about it then decided to go back and Victor came back with a better offer which we accepted. All done in about 10mins which is really good instead of the hassle sat there for hours. Thanks again Victor.
