  I visited the store last Saturday to try and find some trousers. At this point I had tried every shop and nothing was working. I was helped by the lovely Charlotte who went above and beyond for me. I tried on almost every pair of black pants I could find and she didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions and spent most of the time running around trying to find me specific sizes. She is a credit to the store and made my shopping experience at Lulu Trafford comfortable and easy. If you’re here next time, ask for Charlotte!

  I had a great experience shopping at Lululemon Trafford Centre. Aiste was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She helped me find the perfect pair of shorts, offering great advice and making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Her friendly, knowledgeable service really stood out. Thank you, Aiste—I’ll definitely be back!

  I’ve never had a bad experience with any Lululemon store, but for some reason every time I visit the Trafford centre branch the staff are never accommodating, not friendly, and quite frankly very clueless. I pop in to shop for some bits before I go away on holiday to find that they barely have any stock and sizes out on the shop floor. I ask if they have anymore and they say no, and walk away. Nevertheless, I try some bits on but unfortunately I was looking for a longer length in a product. They offer to order them for me and I asked what are the benefits of me ordering in store with them compared to ordering online. The lady who was assisting me tells me that there is no difference, just that they benefit in getting my sale. After not helping me throughout the store, not assisting me in helping with sizing, having no stock, and staff giving strange looks to customers - why would I want to help their store make a sale? This has not been my first visit that I have been disappointed with. Staff are really not accommodating and I will no longer be shopping at the Trafford branch.

  Visited today as my friend wanted a olive green define jacket which they didn’t have but the new girl mia helped us with other options and was very patient and was so nice and we managed to find the one my friend liked and she then helped us order to her house !! Loved our experience at the store
