  I had fantastic customer service from Kyle Thomas today in the Cheshire Oaks Store. I saw a lovely pair of hiking shorts but my size wasn't available on the rail. Not only did he check the stock in the back and found my size, but he brought another pair out which he thought I might like. Great quality and gorgeous colours. I bought them both. Thank you Kyle for the great shopping experience. I'll be back!

  I’m visited the store today looking for a specific backpack for my forthcoming trip. I was approached by Kyle who took the time to explain the different options available to me to fit my requirements. His knowledge and expertise went way beyond my expectations. I ended up purchasing many other items and was served by Beth, what a beautiful young lady, so friendly and chatty.   I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a misleading promotional sign at your store. A sign prominently displayed (see attached photo) states: 'BUY ANY 2 ITEMS & GET 20% OFF.' Based on this offer, I selected two items, yet I was told at the till that the discount could not be applied. This is highly misleading and poor customer service. Under consumer protection guidelines, stores should not display misleading price information. I would appreciate it if you could honor the advertised offer or explain why this sign remains on display if the offer is not valid.
