  A few weeks ago, I visited the GANT store to inquire about a varsity jacket. The staff couldn’t find it but promised to contact me if they did. After several weeks, they informed me they found it, and I purchased it the next day. I want to express my gratitude to Jamie, a staff member, for his exceptional kindness and remembering my previous visit. Thank you, Jamie!

  Visited outlet today for gant sale. Served by archie. Great customer service. Friendly approachable guy. Relaxed atmosphere in shop.

  Visited the GANT store at Cheshire Oaks today and had such a brilliant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional from the moment I walked in. In particular, the Jamie truly stood out—warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of his way to enhance my shopping experience. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Could not fault a thing—will definitely be returning!

  Always great shopping over there. Nicest staff in Cheshire oaks and CHARLIE is THE BEST FOLDER in the game and it’s not even close. He could do workshops in any store in the UK. If you don’t want to iron your brand new clothes - this is the place to go to.
