  The woman who values the designer items was extremely rude to staff and customers. Went in to get my bag valued and she had no interest in helping at all and after waiting 40 minutes, i walked out and will be going elsewhere.

  Had a fantastic experience at this designer exchange. First time at Cheshire Oaks and we were so impressed. Will definitely be back. Very friendly staff. Daisy was lovely, very helpful and so professional.

  Paid for an item and they wouldnt give it to me saying they cant see the transaction on their end. Money debited from my account and when I chased it up again via email (no replt) then a phone call and got told they still haven't had the money even though Amex advised they have collected it. I contacted Amex to raise a dispute and whilst still on that call someone from this diabolical store called me to confirm they have got the money and are arranging a refund! Avoid at all costs, seem to me like a bunch of scammed. Seems they just wanted to humiliate me in front of other customers in the store, jokes on them though as I will never visit them again and advise all friends to avoid!!

May was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, making it super easy to sort out my eVouchers and secure the Bottega Veneta bag I wanted.
