I was assisted by one of your staff members at the Crewe store, as the item I was purchasing did not have a barcode. I believe his name was Damien, if I remember correctly. He was extremely helpful and attentive, and a true asset to your company. Make sure you take care of him. Those are the types of people you want assisting your customers.

Good selection and an absolutely lovely male staff member. Don't know his name but he's like a ray of sunshine.

Today I was looking through the sale items! 2 tops exactly the same size 12 & size 16 both had originally been priced at £12! In the sale the size 12 was Reduced to £5.50 the size 16 was reduced to £8.50 I asked the very nice assistant why was this? she went to find out returning to say It was because the 16 was bigger?? but surely they should both be reduced the same as originally they were exactly the same price??
