  Visited the store Friday 10/07/26 looking for a bag found one but wasn't sure about it so I left it, cut a long story short I changed my mind & I decided to look for it online & in a store near to me but it was nowhere to be found, so I thought I'd give the Chester store a call where I first seen it, on the off chance they still had one (there was only 2 left) I spoke to a lovely guy called Stuart who very kindly went & had a look for me & as luck would have it he found it for me (the last one) i explained i live Manchester so couldn't come straight away so he said he could put it away till tomorrow (Wednesday 15th today) Collected it first thing this morning & it was Stuart himself that served me. Great customer service & Stuart thank you for going that extra mile , I know some people wouldn't have even bothered with my enquiry or bother to look. Stuart you are a legend from one very happy customer :-)

  Always a good experience shopping at TKMaxx. Friendly helpful staff, no matter which branch you visit. Good products. I never shop any where else for my face and body care products. Great brands. Prices are reasonable, too.

  I bought some boxer shorts for my son from this store recently and the problem started as soon as I tried to leave the store. Despite having a receipt and the security tag removed from the box of pants when I paid an alarm sounded when I left the store. I was challenged, rightly so, by a shop assistant who saw my receipt and said it was ok . As I was going home I wasn't concerned about any alarm. When I got home I took the pants out of the box to find 2 pairs of Moschino pants and a cheap plain pair so obviously someone had swapped them. One of the pants had a security tag attached hence the alarm sounding when I left the store previously.. I took the whole lot back and received an apology and a refund. I then bought different pants and checked them out of the box before I went to pay. At the till a jobs worth assistant who had heard my earlier conversation with the assistant who helped me with my return and refund said "underwear is non returnable" as if I'd caused the problem with the initial pants I had bought and returned!! I joked "not returnable when they've been worn? no smile but the reply was " they are a size small" yeah that's what I wanted. I didn't mess up my first purchase, you did by selling incorrectly packaged items and not checking for security tags properly!! I had the inconvenience of returning a product I bought in good faith from the store! You should have apologised to me aswell and not tried to make me feel as if I'd committed some sort of crime!
