  I shopped in the Chester branch the was plenty of jewellery to choose from and the shap assistant Jemma was really helpful and kind it was a excellent experience thank you highly recommended

From our very first conversation, Kelly listened carefully to everything I wanted, took the time to understand my preferences, and offered thoughtful advice without ever making me feel pressured. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was making the right choices. Kelly kept me informed, called personally when my ring was ready to collect, and made what could have been a simple purchase feel like a genuinely memorable experience. When I collected my ring, I was incredibly touched to receive a bottle of fizz and a handwritten card that Kelly had arranged, despite not even being at work that day. Those thoughtful gestures perfectly reflect the care and pride she puts into her work and the genuine kindness she shows her customers. The ring is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier with it, but what I will remember most is how valued and cared for Kelly made me feel throughout the entire journey.   I had a really lovely experience at H. Samuels. I bought a necklace from there and I’m so happy with it. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Sophie, who was especially kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this store!

  I have been totally blown away by the exceptional customer service received by Emma on my choosing a ring. I must have tried on every diamond ring in the store and Emma's knowledge and advise helped towards me making a decision. I and been given a voucher by my mother in law to the value of £500.00 and I was unsure as to whether to put some more money towards a ring or just choose something up to the value of the voucher. Emma took her time, I did not feel rushed and there was no hard sell. Just genuine care and dedication to her job. I cannot thank Emma enough for helping me choose my ideal ring. I will treasure this ring for it's sentiment and will also remember Emma every time I look at it. A massive thank you from Jenny
