I had an absolutely incredible experience today purchasing my first Rolex. Imogen was so knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with her time, and she really helped me decide which watch and series were right for me.
I’m absolutely over the moon with my watch and already looking forward to returning for more pieces in the future.

I was recently recommended Prestons Wilmslow by a friend during a conversation about his recent Rolex purchase.
I decided to get in contact via the website and was contacted almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful member of their team called Bojana, inviting me to visit the showroom and discuss my enquiry further. She was unable to make the date I suggested but was very helpful in referring me to a colleague, James Sullivan, at my earliest convenience whilst also providing lots of helpful information about the brand, the showroom and what to expect.
When I arrived at the showroom, which is stunning in person, I received a really warm and friendly welcome and was offered refreshments while James finished with another client. The Rolex showroom really is beautiful and a relaxing space with lots of pieces on display which I enjoyed looking at while waiting for James.
My appointment with James was fantastic, he was knowledgeable about the Rolex brand and its history and more than happy to indulge me in my passion for timepieces. He is also incredibly proud to be a part of Prestons, telling me about the family history and owners’ passion for unique & bespoke jewellery, which admittedly I didn’t know was all produced by them in their own workshop in London. Whilst there I was able to try on some beautiful current catalogue pieces and some fantastic certified pre-owned ones, the 1960’s submariner in original condition was absolutely stunning and an honour to have on my wrist. I have purchased a few luxury timepieces before, and for me the showroom experience is an important piece of what becomes a memorable part of the history attached to a watch and you definitely get that here, James left me feeling excited about starting my Rolex journey with them. He was engaging, personable, honest and very down to earth all of which made me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, the experience at Prestons was fantastic. I mentioned earlier this isn’t my first purchase of this type, but it is my first time receiving this level of service, they do things differently here and you really can tell.

Attended Preston’s Wilmslow seen by James was made very welcome spoke about why I decided on Rolex Explorer II, James was attentive answered all questions and the Explorer II was made available to me with not waiting list, this was unexpected, hence James even gave me couple of days to think it over and would hold the watch for me. Unfortunately I found out that Rolex uses 18ct white gold on all modern Rolex indices and markers hence I could not purchase as result of that as Muslim Males can’t wear gold. I didn’t know at the time that Indices and markers wear of 18ct white gold. This was disappointing. If anyone interested in Rolex Watches would recommend giving James call at Prestons.
