  Great range of very smart quality menswear. Staff very knowledgeable to make sure the fit and style is correct. Mega multi buy deals but unfortunately limited stock in my size on the day so only 4 stars, however they arranged for the styles I wanted to be posted home. Will be returning for sure.

  Five stars for Olivia. Excellent customer service. Was extremely patient with my endless fussing and also gave very honest opinions, which is invaluable in a sales assistant - always great to get someone who cares more about the "assisting" part than just forcing a sale. Very pleasant, relaxed, no-pressure experience in the Cheshire Oaks store with Olivia. A credit to the store / CT brand experience. (I work in marketing; this stuff really matters from a brand perspective).

  Always an excellent experience. I always try other suit shops for some variety but always end dip coming back to CT for their customer service, the fit and quality and their cruelty free approach to sourcing materials

  My fiance bought his suit from this shop today. We had some help from one of the staff, I didn’t get his name but he was young. He was really helpful and friendly, really recommend 😁
