  Manager has refused to sell an item and almost kicked me out of the shop for trying to purchase a watch out because the item was on sale. It's like she wanted to keep it for someone else or sell it outside the shop to make the profit. Not recommend this shop.

  Bought watch weds wore it Friday went swimming for 1/2 hour Sunday . returned Tues having stopped and full of water.Manager insisted I had damaged it or snagged it. I explained i hadnt but she wasnt having any of it.Poor customer service skills.She held it up shook it poked on button and it fell off. Claimed iwas responsible when it fell off in her hand as a result of being. It was on when i handed it to her.poked upposed to be water resistant to 5 bar 100 plus feet pool 1.2 meter deep full of water after swimming for less than ten minutes ( photos to prove shown ) poor quality and i didn't like inference I had damaged it. Came with no instructions.or demonstration of how to use buttons on side told me to look instructions up.on line Good job i took out extra ins which she told me is now void. I have to pay again to insure it. It was faulty when i had it. Service like that avoid the place . I was made to feel stupid . Boss watch not cheap either Not happy with customer service from instore staff. ( MANAGERESS)
