  Me and my fiancé went into the Cambridge store today to get some last minute wedding bands. Grace who served us was very friendly and helpful, listened to what we wanted and helped us find something within budget and that we both liked! Thank you Grace for making a stressful situation less stressful! Would recommend x

  Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at this shop. We came in wanting to try on a range of rings to figure out which styles I preferred. When I mentioned my ring size (outside of the common L/M), the staff immediately dismissed the possibility of trying anything on. We were told there would be nothing in stock that fit, and the only suggestion was to "see something and order it in." ​It was frustrating because we needed guidance and a proper look at the various designs, even if the samples didn't fit. Not offering to show us any rings or sit down for a consultation made us feel unwelcome and was not helpful for such an important purchase. ​We quickly left and went to a jeweller in the Lion Yard who couldn't have been more different—they invited us to sit down and were fantastic in showing us various styles and offering advice. I strongly suggest this shop reviews its customer service policy to ensure all customers, regardless of size, are offered a proper viewing and consultation.
