  Had a lovely day shopping today . I was offered great help by Laraib she has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service today and made our weekend even better . I would love to be served by her again. she was very lovely towards her colleagues aswell not just customers . I appreciate the company for hiring such a lovely staff ❤️

  Love myself a good TK Maxx. It's not that expensive, and yes the clothes aren't perfectly ordered, but it's a charity shop, and honestly, I love it because of it. You are never going to find the same thing twice, and honestly, in a world where boring trends are taking over, I enjoy knowing that the clothes I buy are even a little bit unique, and if you spend enough time or look hard enough, you may even find treasures - I have a couple of times!

  LACK OF CARE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I have had a nightmare with this local TK Maxx! Recently, I purchased a sofa and arm chair set from them and was advised in-store to get these items delivered by TK Maxx affiliated delivery service Any Van. This was the most appalling delivery service ever and after two failed attempts for the team collecting and delivering these items I cancelled this service! I went to go and collect my items today from the store and when we drove round to the delivery collection we were greeted by two members of staff who were quite rude and unprofessional. They brought out the furniture very carelessly and scuffed one of the edges of the chairs! The furniture was also not wrapped well, large pieces of the furniture had no cling film or bubble wrap on it to protect it and it was very dirty upon collection. In the end I loaded the furniture into my car and van myself and asked for more protective film to re-wrap the furniture to try and keep it in good condition for the ride home. Overall, I am not very impressed with how TK Maxx responded to such a horrible delivery experience with their recommended company and how rude/unprofessional the staff were.
