  Me and my fiancé went into the Cambridge store today to get some last minute wedding bands. Grace who served us was very friendly and helpful, listened to what we wanted and helped us find something within budget and that we both liked! Thank you Grace for making a stressful situation less stressful! Would recommend x

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I wish you could leave a review without giving any stars, because this business certainly doesn't deserve it. I bought a wedding ring back in April 2024 and got married in July. I wore the ring for a total of 4 weeks and lost two stones. Now I would love to blame it on 'wear and tear' but giving as I had only worn it for that duration with NO KNOCKS and taking care, I simply put it down to the shoddy standard. (It was a nightmare from the start trying to get this ring, they took my money and then rang me 2 days later to say it was not in stock. Why would you take someone's money if you did not check from the start if it was in stock) I called the shop and the lady said they would get it sent off to the manufacturers. Upon taking it there, she got her monocular out to look at the ring and she said 'straight off the bat it just looks like it's been worn' after 4 weeks, she was trying to tell me the lost diamonds were due to 'wear and tear'?!?!?!?! It was sent off to the manufacturers and a week later ernest jones called me with an update, told me it is chargeable at a cost of £160, because one of the grooves where the diamonds sit had a 'dent' in it. £160!!!! Baring in mind I paid £280 (should have been £350) so they want to charge me more than half of what it originally cost me, for a ring that should have lasted for more than 4 weeks!!!!!! I refused for the work to be done and wanted to speak to a manager, to see if they could help me further. I have rang the shop multiple times and emailed, but I am yet to receive a response. (They still have my ring!) I am so disappointed and angry that I wasted my money on a wedding ring that quite clearly is not up to standard and the manufacturers clearly do not want to lose anymore money from their shoddy rings, so have made up that outcome. I would just like to add, my engagement ring in from here and I have worn it for 6 years, never had any issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
