  A fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. Elizabeth was simply brilliant. Her deep understanding of horology shone through, and her passion for the history and craft of watchmaking made the whole visit a pleasure. The purpose of our meeting was met in full, and we left thoroughly happy. We very much look forward to building a lasting relationship with the lovely team at Loupe.

  I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Rolex from Imogen, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she provided clear, honest, and knowledgeable advice that gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Although the watch I originally came in for wasn’t the one I ended up buying, Imogen took the time to really listen to what I wanted and used her expertise to help me find the perfect watch for me. Her professionalism, patience, and passion for what she does made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable, memorable and truely bespoke. I have the utmost respect for Imogen and would buy another watch from her in a heartbeat.   I purchased an Omega Seamaster Diver 300 yesterday from Loupe in Milton Keynes. The atmosphere, ambience and welcome from the moment my family and I entered the store was exceptional. This was created by the amazing Shubh, who made the experience so memorable for us. He was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about ensuring we were all comfortable and I was happy with my choice! It was so much more than just buying a watch. Thank you Shubh!   Highly recommend visiting Loupe MK for a high class watch shopping experience. After being warmly welcomed by all staff, I was assisted by Rayyan who gave the most personalised service. He spent much time with me, narrowing down the many options to really make sure I could choose the ideal timepiece. We were then further assisted by Dan, the store manager, to get the new watch fitting perfectly before both gentlemen took more time to just enjoy chatting everything watches, they are certainly enthusiastic and experts in their field. The whole experience was very bespoke and personalised, where I felt more than just another customer. I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for their next luxury watch to visit Loupe MK. Thank you Rayyan and Dan, I’ll definitely be visiting the store again soon.

  Couldn't recommend more, Shubh Parekh was great for me, i just wanted to look at, what looked best on my wrist and he gave me all the options. I have found in the past people will drag and go through the details on why a certain watch and go on about the brand, which for me isn't what I wanted, I preferred that he just let try on until I found one a liked and gave a great service. I was very happy with my purchase.
