Can get quite crowded and on this occasion it was, however they usually limit the amount of customers that can go in the store on busy days.

- ASAdam SmithJun 24, 20265.0I visited the LEGO Store yesterday for a quick browse and had such a great experience, largely thanks to a member of staff I believe was called Tom (he had Alan wake and D&D tattoos.) From the moment I walked in, Tom was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. What started as a quick chat turned into a genuinely enjoyable conversation about tattoos, retro video games, and D&D. It's not often you come across someone who can make a customer feel so comfortable so quickly and valued just by being themselves. Tom struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable. He clearly has a real passion for people and made the whole visit far more memorable than a typical shopping trip. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition. The store itself was fantastic, but Tom was the highlight of my visit. If this review reaches the team, please pass on my thanks to him. He left a genuinely positive impression and is a real credit to the store, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves by his managers as he is a true asset to this store, and Tom if you see this it was a pleasure to have met you and have such a great conversation.
