- CUChloe UsherSep 11, 20265.0Lucy gave us absolutely brilliant service today! She was absolutely lovely and super helpful. I bought in a love bristol gift card to use at the Lego store and Lucy and the team were really helpful and dedicated to getting the gift card to go through in the system. I really appreciate the help from Lucy and the team as most places would have likely tried once, and then refused to accept a universal gift card as they are known to be a bit of a pain! As for products the team went above and beyond (as per usual at the Lego shop) to provide amazing service and offering help wherever possible. Even allowing me to hold their in store built Lego and they were all super informative about different hidden features on each piece. I will definitely be returning to very soon for my next set!

- ARAmy RoseSep 6, 20265.0For my daughter’s 8th birthday, we went on a shopping spree. The Lego store at Cabot circus was the favourite of her trip. We had a sales assistant called Megan H (or Megan Te I’m not sure what the last name was) that made her feel very seen and special. She asked her lots of questions, wished her a happy birthday & went above and beyond with her customer service. My daughter’s really shy so it was lovely to see her so happy and interacting with them. The other staff were also so friendly & welcomed you in, asked if you needed any help & also wished you to have a nice day when you left. They seemed genuinely happy to be there. You definitely wouldn’t feel nervous to ask for help if you needed it. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
