I commend the young lady with tattoos and dark hair, more than helpful and polite with a lovely smile then having to deal with a customer whose attitude and language towards her was terrible, even I felt embarrassed hearing it. (Over an item 'bought' at another store with a tag that doesn't match). All the shouting got the customer nowhere. The young lady was so composed and direct still with a smile. What she and the other staff have to deal with everyday. I just had to write this to let the staff know, especially the Brislington store, there are customers who appreciate you and what you do and you are there to help not to be abused by self entitled people. Many thanks to you and appreciation TK Maxx Brislington.

I went there last Friday, it was over 30° outside and still cooler than in the store! You just have a AC unit by the door that barely do anything. I almost fainted upstairs, it was well over 40° there! Even charity shop next door have working AC. Poor people that have to work there!

Like the out of date section in Sainsburys - but for clothes.
