  When you enter the shop it seems like you in second hand charity shop on top of that staff is so rude and dont want to help you at all in anyway, i checked one sandal which was a bit bigger size so i put it back but it slipped and fell on floor one of the staff was very rude to me saying oh i just put it up there and i dont want to touch shoes when someone else had a foot in them she forgot thats her job and thats what she paid for i have read few reviews already complaining about staff behaviour but management didnt took any step not even replied for reviews,anyway not going there anymore because of staffs attitude problem

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I didn't even want to give this place one star. If I could've given zero stars, I absolutely would have. This has to be the most disgusting shop I've ever stepped foot in. The place is always a complete mess, with stock everywhere and shelves looking like they've been hit by a tornado. It's embarrassing. The staff seem to think they're at a social club rather than at work. Every time I go in, they're stood around gossiping while customers are left waiting. Customer service is non-existent. As for the management... what management? They seem to spend more time hiding in the back than actually managing the shop. It's no wonder the place is in such a state. The lack of leadership is obvious the second you walk through the door. To top it all off, the attitude is shocking. Basic manners seem to be optional, and the older women working there are particularly unpleasant. The whole place is poorly run from top to bottom. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time and shop literally anywhere else.

  Unprofessional, rude, especially the supervisor with coloured hair, employees are bringing the store down, on their phones, chatting, behind counter, I was in fitting room with my little girl and a tall dark haired employee just on her phone not wanting to help. Disgusting behaviour

  Went in for a Click and Collect order. Unfortunately the clothes were too tight so had to return. Staff member at till was very courteous and helpful in explaining the returns process. I cannot speak to other peoples' bad experiences but I really appreciated the service despite not purchasing anything.
