- GAGRAEME ALLAN4 days ago1.0Went in to have my watch bracelet resized as it says this is a service they do First told it would be £35 I agreed then told my watch would have to be sent away I left disappointed as this is a fairly simple job that was done in 20min by another watch shop only a 2 min walk from goldsmiths

We were apprehensive about being 'sold to' but we never once felt pressured or rushed, which considering we spent hours in the store is remarkable! Thank you Clive for the excellent service! I asked for 4 links taken out, she told me 3- I agreed and waited for the 30 mins. On return of the watch it was still far too loose. I wouldn’t return
