- NZneama zekeem4 days ago1.0I went to return a dress, but the receipt was only 2 days past the return period. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I was simply asking to exchange the dress. Unfortunately, the staff member refused to help and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that there are store policies, but the way customers are treated matters too. I was polite and only asked for an exchange, so I was very disappointed with the attitude I received. This was a very poor customer service experience, and I expected much better. After realising I was 2 weeks after the 28 day return policy, I was envious that the store would be unable to help. However, Fiona put my worries at ease when she advised that with discretion of the manager, this would be no issue. I exchanged my two suitcases for smaller cases with ease. Harley dealt with the transactions and was keen to help. Huge shoutout to Fiona, Harley and the manager who accepted the late exchanged. Hugely appreciated !
