My husband's ring was very straightforward but mine was kind of complicated! It had to be ordered from the Nottingham store and then had to be sent to the jeweller to be resized. All of this was communicated very well to me and I was kept fully updated about everything. Shout out to Matt for being absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for all your help :)
