As soon as I mentioned it, Paulo told me he had one in the safe that hadn’t been taken out in quite a while. From beginning to end the service was impeccable. We went just browsing for watches and I ended up with the EXACT model I wanted and my wife ended up with a bonus diamond wedding band to celebrate our trip. They didn’t rush us, they listened to everything we had to say and gave us advice and tips the entirety of our time in there. They never made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. I truly can say this was the best treatment we have ever received. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember.
