I felt like I was being judged by my appearance and that they assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything. In the end, I purchased the sunglasses, which seemed to surprise them. The product is great, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store because of the poor customer service.

- RIRabil IJul 12, 20261.0We came in to get our sunglasses tightened, which we originally bought from Sunglass Hut, and understood this was a service you offer. We queued patiently, only to be told by a staff member while we were still waiting that it would be a long wait and that we would need to come back hours later. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, especially considering the store was not busy at all and there was only one person ahead of us. We then went to another Sunglass Hut, where the exact same service was done in around 20 seconds. That says everything about the poor service at this branch.
- BBbarryh1987Jul 7, 20261.0Prices in store do not match website prices and they charged me £100 more than they were advertising the glasses for in an email they sent me, contacted their customer services about it and all I got back was sorry they’ll talk with the store and never heard anything back after that. Clearly quite happy to rip people off and not care when you challenge them on it as was offered no refund of the difference. I highly recommend avoiding them altogether and going to a store that actually has some care for their customers.
