- VFVivian FlintOct 2, 20261.0The staff in Brighton were welcoming and convivial, making my initial experience a pleasant one. However, once I had begun to browse some of the stock, I overheard a senior member of staff talking down to her employees in an extremely loud and rude manner. It was unbelievably unprofessional and frankly uncouth. I did not purchase anything, and I plan not to return to the store as the way the employees are treated is deplorable which makes for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. - Viv F.
- AMAwol “Awol_Motivation” MotivationSep 12, 20265.0I visited the store today what a bunch of amazing humans. I was definitely taken care of and looked after the staff went over and beyond one in particular called (Sude) she is more than just a human. She is a credit to your company. Please make sure that the Team see this and she sees it herself. Many thanks kind regards.
- MMMeganAug 4, 20265.0Every time I've visited the staff have gone above and beyond to help, really friendly and approachable too. Also the comfiest clothing that lasts. The align range is my current favourite ( good for yoga and pilates ) . Pricy but worth it in my opinion.
- TTTangoFoxTrotJul 19, 20261.0TOLD by 2 staff...You CANT return ANY sale item... err, WRONG... walked out in disgust. You wonder why stores are dying a death with unhelpful, aggressive and uninformed staff!
- FHFreya HowardJun 27, 20265.0Tye is absolutely fabulous! I am very indecisive when it comes to clothes, and I took a few pairs of trousers in to get hemmed. He spent a long time adjusting and readjusting my trousers until I was absolutely happy- I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, as he stayed calm and didnt show any impatience which you get in other retail stores. He’s a star and such a credit to your team, and I hope he gets all the recognition he deserves. Thanks again.
