So went back to buy a new one, but then the old one turned up. The staff refunded the new one and helped us resize the original and were again extremely helpful and quick to get it all done. We can't thank Sameen enough for being so helpful and flexible, she gave us a call just to confirm the new sizing and that we'd be happy with it.

The store was quite reluctant to help, and although they eventually agreed to a repair, I've been told it will take a month to get it back. I didn't even receive an apology for the poor quality or the inconvenience. Very disappointed.
