  We got a big bottle of body wash my husband can use after not seeing it at any TK Maxx for many months. It's made in France containing olive oil. There were 2 different brands both with 2 different scents. He chose verveine instead of lemon-mint. 1 bottle will last for a good number of months.

  My partner and I visited TK Maxx yesterday for a casual browse, and unfortunately the overall atmosphere was disappointing due to the behaviour of several members of staff. On the ground floor, a security guard and another employee spent a considerable amount of time standing in the middle of the shop floor having what appeared to be a personal conversation. They were laughing and chatting while customers were having to walk around them, which felt unprofessional and obstructive. We then went upstairs to the men’s section, where two employees appeared to be engaged in a loud personal conversation. They were discussing their personal lives, using inappropriate language, and were seated on the floor directly in front of part of the section we wanted to browse. The conversation was loud enough that we could hear it clearly from a distance and ended up learning far more about their private lives than we ever wanted to. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, but the constant personal conversations and lack of professionalism created an uncomfortable atmosphere. In the end, my partner suggested we leave and go elsewhere rather than continue listening to what felt like unnecessary noise and disruption. I understand staff need to interact with colleagues, but there is a time and place for personal conversations. Unfortunately, on this visit, customer experience seemed to come second.
