  I visited the store last weekend to follow up on my earlier timepieces wishlist. I was told to come next day with an appointment and I Did. The Sales Rep wasn’t friendly at all and she was asking me about my existing watches and where I bought them and that I should buy my wishlist watches from same places rather than Loupe!!! Also she was saying this store is for local buyers!! Somehow I felt in an immigration office!! My issue is I waited two years to hear such comments which was unpleasent at all. Then She left us while we are still having the coffee and told us to take our time with coffee she looked busy ( although we have reserved an appointment a day earlier!!) . Anyway this visit wasn’t pleasant at all the 2 stars is for the coffee.

  Absolutely first class service! From stepping into the store a couple of weeks ago for a browse and initial enquiry, I've received nothing less than the best customer focus and attention. Gemma is extremely knowledgeable about her product specialty, and was happy to engage in lovely email correspondence to ensure that all my questions were answered; I couldn't be happier. She and other staff could not have done more to help with my purchase today, and I'm very happy to recommend them and their store in Milton Keynes.

  We had such a fantastic experience at Loupe Milton Keynes, thanks in particular to Elizabeth. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome. What amazed us most was that she remembered so many little details about us from years ago – even that I’m from Kirkby, Liverpool! That level of care and attention is incredibly rare and made the whole experience feel really personal. We were looking for a wedding ring, the team selected three beautiful options that perfectly matched what we were looking for. It honestly made the decision so much easier because every choice was a great one. Buying a wedding ring is something you (hopefully!) only do once, but the experience was so enjoyable that we almost wish we had another excuse to come back and buy another one! Thank you, Elizabeth, for making such an important purchase feel so special. We couldn’t recommend Loupe Milton Keynes highly enough.

  Popped into Loupe in MK to get a Watch Band set to correct size. Gemma provided “Faultless” service on getting things sorted within comfortable surroundings and with minimum fuss. Showed great knowledge on Watches whilst not being pushy in away when. 10/10 !

  I popped into Loupe Milton Keynes on the off chance that I could get the bracelet on my Submariner adjusted. The welcome I received and the service was exceptional. Elizabeth, who did the adjustment for me, was meticulous with an attention to detail that’s often lacking nowadays. She was personable, knowledgeable and an absolute asset to Loupe. The customer experience in this branch was beyond expectations and I was more than happy to write this review.
