I’ve been shopping at this Tommy Hilfiger store for a long time, and every visit has been a great experience thanks to Malachi. He is always polite, respectful, and welcoming. His friendly attitude makes customers feel comfortable and genuinely enhances the shopping experience. Whenever I have questions about a product, he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently, making sure I have all the information I need before making a decision. His professionalism, product knowledge, and excellent customer service are truly outstanding. Malachi is a great asset to the store, and I always look forward to shopping here because of the exceptional service he provides. Highly recommended!

**UPDATE – I RETURNED TO THE STORE** Following my previous experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store in the Bullring, Birmingham, on 21 July 2026, I returned to the store on 28 July with a friend because I wanted what happened to me to be addressed. One of the staff members involved was there. When confronted about what had happened, he claimed that he had been "trying to help me". I completely reject that explanation. It does not reflect what I experienced. I have Cerebral Palsy, which affects my speech and mobility. On 21 July, I approached two members of staff to ask for assistance and, while I was trying to communicate, they stood there laughing. I know the difference between someone genuinely trying to help me and someone behaving in a way that makes me feel mocked and humiliated. What made matters worse was returning to the store and hearing an explanation that, in my view, was simply an attempt to excuse or minimise what had happened rather than take responsibility for it. I found the original incident humiliating enough. Having to return with a friend, only to then hear the staff member attempt to portray his behaviour as "helping", made the situation even more upsetting and frustrating. I have now made a formal complaint and requested that Tommy Hilfiger preserve and review the CCTV footage from 21 July. The CCTV should provide an independent record of the interaction rather than this simply becoming my word against a member of staff. If the CCTV confirms what I experienced, I expect Tommy Hilfiger to take the strongest possible disciplinary action. In my view, anyone found to have mocked or laughed at a disabled customer who was simply trying to communicate should not be working in a customer-facing role. Disabled people deserve dignity and respect. We should not have to worry about being laughed at when we enter a store and ask for help. I expect Tommy Hilfiger to take this extremely seriously.

Absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable treatment. I visited the Tommy Hilfiger store yesterday and approached two members of staff to ask for assistance. I have Cerebral Palsy, which affects my mobility and speech. As I approached and attempted to speak to them, both members of staff stood there laughing. I cannot adequately express how humiliating and degrading it is to be treated like this simply while trying to ask for help in a store. As a disabled customer, I should be able to walk into any shop and communicate with staff without being made to feel that my disability or the way I speak is something to laugh at. This was not just poor customer service. In my view, it was completely disrespectful, discriminatory and utterly unacceptable behaviour from people representing a major international brand. I sincerely hope senior management investigates this incident, reviews any available CCTV and identifies the two members of staff involved. If the investigation confirms what happened, I believe they should be dismissed. Anyone who thinks it is acceptable to laugh at a disabled customer who is simply trying to communicate should not be working in a customer-facing position. This experience has left me feeling humiliated, angry and extremely disappointed. Tommy Hilfiger should take this matter extremely seriously and explain what action will be taken to ensure that no other disabled customer is ever treated in this way. I expect far better from a brand of this size and reputation.

Jess and Sahiba were so accommodating . I came in looking for something that wasn’t presented in the store (men’s leather gloves) and they went out of their way to find them for me and packaged them up really nicely for me. Really exceptional service by Jess and Sahiba, they made my shopping experience memorable. Very happy with my purchase.
