  Went to changing room to try out clothes got greeted by the most rude lady I’ve ever seen in me entire life.. don’t even know who gave her a job at TK Maxx. Timing round - 3:40 pm

  The store is huge. A little something for everyone if you have the patience to look round.they have lots of different items you won't find in any other store. I found it a little tight around the fixtures. 2 people could not shop easily and if your in a chair or have a buggy it would be impossible.(menswear) Also when I thought I'd found something I like it was on the wrong hanger etc. These stores need more staff, and some that work a little smarter. I'd recommend going in if you have time and want something a little new. The rating reflects the business not the store. The larger discount seems to have gone with £1 being taken off full price.

  Lady at the fitting rooms with curly hair and glasses and gentleman at the jewellery stand with long hair and helped me with my necklace today at around 11:55 were amazing, sorry I didn't get any names but honestly so lovely people and he helped me get the necklace out when I paid and the last helped me with outfit choices and summer clothes and I went to the fitting room like 3 times. Also I told the other lady about the people trying to take a bracelet so she found it and luckily nothing was taken. Well-done to everyone who works there and have a blessed day 🙏🙌❤️

  Very disappointed with the treatment I received at TK Maxx. I was checking items that were already visibly open, yet a security guard falsely accused me of opening them myself. When I tried to explain, I was immediately told “don’t argue.” Defending yourself against a false accusation is not arguing. Customers should not be spoken to in such a rude and dismissive manner. Please train your security staff to approach customers professionally and respectfully instead of instantly treating people with suspicion.

  I am a frequent TK Maxx shopper across many different cities, but my experience at this store today was hands down the worst I’ve encountered. I was served at the second desk that was in use (next to a staff member in a black face mask at the first desk). The associate serving me was completely unbothered and unprofessional. Throughout the entire transaction, she never made eye contact and was too busy not by work but by chatting away with her colleague in the black mask to actually acknowledge me as a customer. I was just looking at my family member like are you seeing what I’m seeing? The most frustrating part was the lack of basic care for my items. I had a large amount of fragile crockery, which usually gets wrapped by staff as standard practice, from what I’ve experienced at multiple stores. This associate didn't even bother. When I specifically asked her to wrap them, she simply handed me the wrapping paper and essentially told me to do it myself. I ended up having to take my bags over to the shoe section, use the red stools as a makeshift table, and wrap my own breakables. It’s a joke that I’m paying for items only to have to provide my own labour in the middle of the shop floor because the staff couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation. There were no name badges visible, but I have my receipt with the transaction details and time stamp. I hope it’s the person that was actually serving me that was logged in as I don’t want to get someone innocent into trouble! The girl that served me was next to the girl in the black mask and wore a hair covering with a no-makeup makeup look. That’s the best way I can describe her. Usually, I’m understanding if someone is having a bad day, but this wasn't stress, it was pure laziness and a total lack of customer service. Deeply disappointed. At least I bought some nice stuff though…
