The customer service she provided was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to look after us, and we are so incredibly grateful for all her help and kindness today. Nina is an absolute credit to the company and the brand. Thank you so much for making our visit so memorable—we will definitely be back!

We purchased with lifetime cleaning which has now been withdrawn. It was sent back for repair as the chain broke the first time my daughter wore it. It was NOT a well spent £300+. Im sure £300 else where could have got a stronger, wearable piece of jewellery.
