  Unfortunately, I cannot rate this store highly based on my recent experience. I visited to have my sunglasses tightened and was surprised to be refused service, even after providing proof of purchase from my bank statement showing they were bought from Sunglass Hut. I’ve never encountered this issue at any other Sunglass Hut location, where staff have always been helpful and happy to assist with minor adjustments. This experience felt disappointing and inconsistent with the level of customer service I’ve received elsewhere. It’s a shame, as all the other stores I’ve visited have been fantastic. Unfortunately, this particular visit did not meet the standards I would expect from the brand.

  ​I had been hunting for a specific pair of sunglasses and even went to Selfridges, but had absolutely no luck finding them. I decided to pop into this store instead, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Shirin and Brooke greeted me with a huge smile and amazing energy. Not only did they track down the exact glasses I wanted right away, but the whole process was incredibly quick and efficient. Incredible customer service—thank you so much!

  I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from this store, but the customer service was disappointing. Because the sunglasses are kept locked, customers must rely on staff to access and try on different pairs. As I was deciding on a purchase, I asked to see several options, which is a perfectly reasonable part of the buying process. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me appeared visibly irritated throughout the interaction, repeatedly rolling her eyes whenever I asked to see another pair. Rather than feeling helped, I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by trying to make an informed purchase. Customer service should make shoppers feel welcome, especially when the store's setup requires staff assistance at every step. While I am happy with the sunglasses I purchased, the attitude I encountered left a negative impression and significantly detracted from the overall experience.

  You literally have to queue outside tens of minutes to see some stupid sunglasses when there are like 5 people inside
