  I visited there for charlotte tilbury foundation , i was really happy to find exactly what i was looking for! I also visited sephora , but unfortunately they didn’t have the brand I wanted! I really enjoyed my experience there , the staff was friendly and helpfull😃 uh can find so many options in one place yeah🤌🏻

  SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE this is a review specially for the fragrance department. More so the ex nihilo stand. Came in on sunday with the intention of discovering something new and purchasing it as I am a fragrance enthusiast. The sales people were so polite asking if I needed any help in which I declined. So smelling along and I hear a colleague ask the guy at the ex nihilo stand if he had a good day today in which is response was "iv had a bunch of timewasters today, no ones interested in buying, are people that cheap they dont want to spend" in which i was shocked when I heard this coming from someone who is ment to be knowledgeable and help people but sees them more as "sale". Anyways carrying on for my search i approached the ex nihilo stand (a house that I have several fragrances alot that have been purchased from selfridges) when I was tapped on the shoulder by the same gentleman saying your not allowed to be behind the till (even tho I was by the stand) and told me to "move back" so I moved in which he sprayed a fragrance for me and his attitude was appalling. He threw the tester at me and he wasnt interested in showing anything. His whole mood was like "this guys a timewaster im not interested in showing anything" worst experience iv ever had. Management really need to be having a serious word. Honestly spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Somewhere where they dont just see you as a sale. Not really one to leave reviews but this was out of order.

  I have visited the Birmingham store today to exchange an item. I was greeted by Winnie, who went above and beyond to make my experience personal. While waiting for the exchange we met another menber of staff named Megan, who spoke and listened to my daughter and made her feel welcome an special. I experienced outstanding customer service from these two members of staff and am greatful that my experience was dealt with effectively and stress free. Thank you

  Went here with my dad yesterday and bought the viral dumpling squishy, when sprouting the counter the worker sienna who at the time was quite close to the jellycat stand was so so so sweet and was making conversation with me and my dad and being very welcoming, just thought I’d pop on here and say how good she was pls give her a raise🩷

  Amazing product selection for fashion, beauty, and fragrance, but the shopping experience is ruined by the staff. The sales assistants, especially in the high-end sections, are incredibly uppity and snobby. If they assume you can't afford anything, they won't help and just stare at you. If you do buy something, they get visibly cold if they think it isn't expensive enough. They seriously need to get over themselves. It's a huge shame because the inventory is great, but I'd much rather shop at Harvey Nichols in the Mailbox. The customer service there is leagues better, even if they don't carry quite as much stock.
