I’m so happy to have a lululemon locally. First experience in store was fab - SAs were fantastic at helping with sizing and very grateful for them. However sharing this to say please DO NOT order online in store there is no benefit to doing so, we’ve had a disappointing situation where the SA has picked a wrong colour of an item online and now I’ve got to trek out to do a return.

This was my first time shopping at Lululemon and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! The Birmingham store was lovely, with a great selection, but the staff really made the visit. Queen, Aaron and Elias were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They made me feel completely comfortable, took the time to give me some brilliant recommendations and helped me find the perfect pieces that fit perfectly. I came away with items I absolutely love! Such a lovely shopping experience from start to finish. The customer service really stood out and I’ll definitely be returning when back in the area. A huge thank you to Queen, Aaron and Elias for making my first Lululemon visit such a good one ☺️

Amazing service from a gentleman called Joe, offered me some really good advice on a gift and knew all the information I needed. He was also very patient as hardly knew anything that was needed.
