- MEMr EvansApr 13, 20261.0Terrible experience with Designer Exchange. Paid for a bag listed with a strap, then told after payment the strap was missing. This caused my buyer to cancel immediately. What’s worse is the inconsistency — first I was offered a discount to proceed, then later told the item shouldn’t have been sold like that at all. When I asked them to confirm the item matched the listing, they couldn’t provide proof and dragged things out for over a week. In the end, I lost a sale because of their mistake and arrogance was offered a £50 “goodwill” which doesn’t reflect the impact at all. This experience seriously made me question how accurate their listings really are. All this because I refused to accept £1500 cash for an exchange of my £2700 worth of voucher. Be very careful, especially if you’re using vouchers ( NOT FREE VOUCHERS).
