  I dealt with Faris and Jake regarding a repair and they were both amazing. Patient and helpful throughout. Very professional and a credit to the brand. Quality customer service sadly is very rare these days but Faris and Jake really went above and beyond. Such an amazing experience. I am very grateful. Well done.

  The team at Christian Louboutin have really raised my standards for customer service! I came in here to buy my graduation shoes and not once did I feel pressured, intimidated or that I was a bother. I mainly dealt with Vic, James and Faris, however thank you so much to all the others I came into contact with when in store also! I had some complications with buying these shoes (NOTHING to do with the team, shoes themselves or brand) which meant I had to make an exchange, however this was not a problem at all and they were super encouraging for me to do so because I felt that they genuinely wanted me to make the right decision and get the right shoes that I would get the most wear out of. I ended up going for the Rosa Z 80mm in black and they are stunning; can't wait to wear them at my graduation. Thanks very much again!

  Went in the store and was served by Valeria, she was excellent I left with my heels, she was extremely patient didn’t rush me and gave me all her attention she also showed me every style i asked for and smiled throughout i’ve never had such a comfortable experience, unfortunately after taking my purchase home i realised there was a mark, Valeria had reached out to me luckily and she was so helpful through i went back into store and she sorted everything out for me was such a pleasant experience and i will be returning she’s made a client for life!!

  I went to the Christian Louboutin store in Birmingham and was extremely well received by the sales consultant, Valéria. She was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive—one of the best sales consultants I have ever met! I will definitely come back, and I hope to be assisted by her again. She did an exceptional job and was very patient and attentive with the customer. I absolutely loved being welcomed by her, and I will definitely be coming back again.

  The lady in the shop was not helpful at all I explained I had ordered the wrong size after trying on some heels previously in the store, I went back for more advice and she replied “she already had helped me the previous day and she gave me the wrong size the first time so she won’t be any help this time”. She was no help even when I expressed my concerns of not wanting to order the wrong size again. Would definitely not go back.
