  Fussy shop , not easy to look at shirts which is odd as it's a shirt shop. Gave up and went elsewhere 👍

  Travelled to Birmingham to shop at this store .What a let down .Assistant Manager was about as much use as an ashtray on a Motorbike ,claiming they only keep slim fit stock in the store ( total nonsense ) as when stood there in said store asking her because of my size I need to try Classic fit style on and telling her the other customers in the store do not look slim by any means so what use is stocking only slim fitting clothing ? Total waste of my time visiting this store and when asked to see a manager to put the question to him/ her as to why only stocking slim fitt clothing ,manager was conveniently in a meeting lmao .Well the stores loss in financial terms as was willing to spend up to £1.000 cash .The Assistant manager claims it is company policy to stock slim fit clothing only and no classic fit ( Pure Hogwash ) She needs to understand it is people like me who enable her to have a job ,well not for long when I take my custom elsewhere .Thanks for nothing Charles Tyrewhitt !

  Ann provided lovely customer service yesterday evening despite the time going past closing. She was super patient, answered all queries and even took the time to check several sizes in the back. Not often you come across this type of work ethic!

  I bought four shirts from here with the special offer a while back, the black one I threw away after two washes, the other three I have worn only once because you do sweat in them and they get creased very quickly. Do not buy these shirts the offer is very misleading. I would price these shirts at £14.99 and this is being very kind. One very disappointed customer.

  Last week, I visited this store to compare the quality of the different shirts from other brands to Chales Tyrwhitt to distinguish which one fitted the best and what quality I preferred. After comparing to TM Lewin and Hawes & Curtis, this was my favourite overall. Bring a tall slim build, it can be difficult to get a nice fitting shirt. After speaking with Josh, he helped check my size and recommend what would fit best. Came back today and placed an order for 5 shirts. Could not fault Josh’s service and guidance. Definitely would recommend. Thank you for you help.
