  Had a great experience at Charles Tyrwhitt on Cannon Street, Birmingham. Amit was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me a good range of options. Much better experience than I’ve had at some of the other suit shops on the same street. Would definitely recommend!

  I am a long-standing customer of Charles Trywhitt for many years. A combination of high quality materials and workmanship at a very reasonable price. We were in the store just before closing to pick up a couple of shirts. As usual the products and range impressed but I wanted to specifically name Katie and Josh as brilliant team members with truly outstanding customer focused service. Thanks a million for today with both fitting and the thousand questions 😃🙈

  I was on the hunt for a new suit for work and decided to pop into Charles Tyrwhitt. Not long after I started browsing their extensive range of shirts in various styles, I was approached by the lovely Anne, who asked if I needed any help. Her product knowledge was exceptional. She took my measurements and guided me through the entire sizing process, helping me find the perfect shirt. I then decided to look upstairs for more pieces, but I started to feel a little deflated as I couldn't find anything in my size. By chance, Anne happened to be passing by and once again offered to help. She went above and beyond, bringing me different sizes to try and assisting me every step of the way. She was incredibly warm, patient, and honest throughout the whole process. After several fittings, we finally found the perfect suit. Anne truly made this an amazing experience, especially as it was my first time shopping for a premium suit. I would 100% recommend Charles Tyrwhitt to anyone, and if you have the chance to be served by Anne, you're in excellent hands. She is a real credit to the company and definitely deserves a promotion!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Charles Tyrwhitt due to the poor customer service. When I entered the store, the staff were busy talking among themselves and made no effort to acknowledge me. I waited for their conversation to finish before anyone offered assistance, which did not make me feel welcome. I was looking to buy a shirt and a suit for work. However, I was told that I couldn’t try on the clothes because the staff would then have to fold them afterwards. I genuinely couldn’t understand this reasoning. The whole purpose of visiting a showroom is to see the products in person and try them on before making a purchase. If customers aren’t allowed to try clothes, I may as well have ordered everything online. To make matters worse, the bearded staff member eventually gave me two shirts to try on just to check my size. Both shirts were visibly dirty and had a strong smell of stale sweat, as though they hadn’t been washed or cleaned for a very long time. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable for fitting garments. Overall, the staff appeared uninterested in helping customers, the service was poor, and the experience fell well below what I would expect from a premium clothing retailer. I left without making a purchase and would not recommend this store based on my experience.
