  We visited the Victoria Square store earlier today to enquire about a Breitling watch. We were met at the door by a lady who gave us both a frosty reception, we barely got a hello, just a double click on her clicker, my partner also noticed this. We were in the shop approximately 20 seconds when another couple came in and the before mentioned lady practically rolled out the red carpet for them, told them to have a seat and someone would be with them shortly, the reception couldn't have been further from what we received. In an age where high street shops are complaining about low footfall l thought it was ironic that when we tried to shop on the high street our experience was very underwhelming and downright rude. I will be making my purchase online.

  I placed an order for a ring on 24th October and was told it would take around 6 weeks. In reality, I didn’t receive it until 14th January, almost three months later. Throughout this time, I phoned regularly to chase the order and was given several different and conflicting explanations for the delay. There was no clear communication, no consistency, and no effort to keep me informed — I always had to do the chasing myself. To make matters worse, when I finally collected the ring today, there wasn’t even a basic apology for the excessive delay. No acknowledgement, no accountability, nothing. For something as important and sentimental as a ring, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here if you expect honesty, professionalism, or to receive items within the timeframe you’re promised.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Rolex store to find a special birthday gift for my husband, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sian and Deborah, who truly made us feel valued as customers. Sian's extensive knowledge about the watches and their features was impressive. She took the time to understand what my husband likes and guided us through various options, making it easy to find the perfect fit. What started as a plan to purchase one watch quickly turned into an exciting decision to take home two! Both Sian and Deborah made the entire process seamless, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in our choices. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable and truly sets this store apart. Overall, this visit to the Rolex store was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend Sian and Deborah enough for anyone looking to make a special purchase. Thank you for making my husband's birthday memorable!

  Went in Sunday the 5th and wanted to see a Todur watch, young fella on their counter could not have been nicer. I'm not rich by any means but do wear a seamaster 300, I wanted to see a Pelagos for maybe next years treat. Not once did I feel judged in my Arcteryx hoody, he was down to earth and allowed me to see the various watches, including a Rolex, though Omega is where it's at :0 Guy on door was also down to earth, though hate the pompous door opening, though I understand for security etc. As I say, keep being you Mr Tudor guy.
