  Petra, Reece, and Matthew were all extremely helpful and friendly. It really felt like a shopping experience from 30 years ago, with people who actually cared about the clothes they were selling and what was right for the customer. As other reviews have said, I've been an online customer of Charles Tyrwitt for many years but the in store experience was even better.

  I was just browsing and grace was able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly. Great sales woman and great customer service. All the staff here are amazing and all the clothes are great quality thank you.

  The manager Reece was very impressive. He was the only person in store and was able to serve all 5 people in the store at the same time. Give him a raise. He was professional, friendly and had a great eye for detail and knowledge on picking out the best suit for me today.

  Not usually one for leaving reviews but today making the exception. Have ordered online with yourselves for many years now but after shall we say a “change in waistline” thought I would be better of visiting the store to try on a more generous/comfortable fitting shirt. First time in the Belfast store and was greeted straight away by a very pleasant sales advisor called Reece. Told Reece my situation and reason for shopping in store today and have to say the experience from start to finish has blown me away. For years now I have purchased most things online as many people do now, seems to be the way of the world now I suppose but this personal touch, attention and level of detail you’l just not get from a keyboard. I would be the first to admit I’m a nightmare customer and Reece definitely had his work cut out today but nothing was too much trouble, numerous different try on’s sizes, collars sleeve lengths and the whole time done with a smile a great attention. Once we had the fit and size confirmed the selection of shirts was hard to choose from, so many styles collar cuts, patterns and anything I wanted that wasn’t available today would be shipped within 4 working days even having one of these shirts in the warehouse tailored to fit my sleeve length. One thing did stick in my head was that the entire time Reece was dealing with me and I was in the changing rooms I could hear Reece greeting every customer which came through the doors which is something I haven’t heard in shops in a long time. I can honestly say the service I received today was unreal and by far the best in store shopping experience I’ve had in years and all down to Reece. This young man is a credit to Charles Tyrwhitt and the Belfast store and has certainly changed my thought of shopping online. Thanks again Reece
