  Sourcing two Rolex watches is no small task lately, for reasons that are good and bad, yet throughout the entire process the experience was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Communication was always clear and timely, and I felt well looked after at every stage. A special mention must go to your sales assistant Blaggy, who was exceptional. She demonstrated great product knowledge and a truly customer focused approach. Her transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering on what was promised made the experience both enjoyable and reassuring. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated.. Thank you again for a great experience!!

  Today we visited the Rolex shop in Windsor as I was looking for a very particular ladies watch. We were very ably assisted by Leon who listened very attentively to my preferences, and amazingly had the exact watch in stock. We were delighted to purchase it immediately. Leon answered all our questions fully, was courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Leon and your establishment in the future.

  I recently visited Robert Gatwood Jewellers in Windsor to register my interest in purchasing a Rolex, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From my very first visit, Leon was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to let me try on the watch I was interested in and explained the materials and craftsmanship in a way that was both informative and engaging. What really stood out, though, was how comfortable he made me feel, it didn’t feel like a formal sales interaction at all, but more like a genuine conversation with someone who truly enjoys what they do. Not long after that initial visit, Leon reached out to let me know the watch was available. I returned with my wife and two children, and once again the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. It turned what could have been a simple purchase into a really special moment for our whole family. A particularly lovely touch was when Leon removed a link from the watch, he took the time to show my 6-year-old daughter how it was done, which she found fascinating. A big thank you to Leon and the entire team at Robert Gatwood Jewellers for such a memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and a personal touch.

  Visiting the store today for the 1st time, wanted to view some new peices from tudor and longines , the lovely lady was very professional and certainly knew her stuff , I was able to try on a couple of peices with ease and sales pressure, will definitely visit again and hopefully will make a purchase if the right peice is in stock
