- CSCook With Sally3 days ago5.0My experience at bath store was amazing. Excellent customer service, the gentleman who served me was full of knowledge he wasn’t pushy. He helped me buy present for my husband then my self. I can’t fault him, excellent customer service. Well done. By the way we both love our Rayban sunglasses.

- LFLaurie FlowerSep 12, 20265.0This was my first visit and it was good as i dident feel pressured, the lady that served me was a great help and new her stuff unfortunity i dident get her name. Any way i am now the proud owner of a great pair of Ray Bans for a reasonable price. Thank you.
- PLPaul LynchAug 29, 20265.0I’ve just purchased a gorgeous addition to my Ray-Ban collection from the Bath store. We were served by Crystal Matthews who was a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener and answered my questions well. Shopping experiences like this make shopping a satisfying pleasure. Online shopping is great, but there is no substitute for the human touch in the town centre shop. It’s not just about the product and the value. Thanks Crystal, customer service professionals could learn lot from you. You’re definitely management material.
