She was absolutely fantastic She then booked my ring in and later rang me to give me a quote.. I Was really happy when the repair team said they can fix my ring for me... So today I just picked my ring up and to day it looks like it was when my husband first bought it for me. The work was absolutely amazing. I can't fault the Ernest Jones team in Abbey Centre at all. Even when I picked it up the ladies there were polite and really nice to talk too and deal with..thank you Ernest Jones for fixing my ring.. I am so happy that I got my ring Back..
