  My wife and l called in to Lunns as l was hoping to treat myself to a nice watch. We were looked after by Morgen and Jackson. Nice gentlemen with a wide knowledge of Rolex watches and they treated us like v.I.p. guests ! I ordered a nice watch and am hoping to receive it in time for my birthday. Lovely shopping experience….Thank you both.

  I have never done a google review before but the experience my wife, kids and myself had with Lunn’s Jewellers was sensational and would just like to recognise the excellent service by all staff and special mention to Luke and Peter. Their knowledge and time spent with my wife and myself so we could purchase what we liked was brilliant and would like to note that we have been around a lot of sales people before and this was more of an experience than just a sale transaction. I highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a Rolex to do it in this store.

  I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Zoe at your Lunn’s Arcade store. My partner Sean and I have been visiting Lunn’s for over a year now as we’ve been preparing for our wedding and we’ve had the pleasure of working with Zoe each time. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. From the moment we met her, she was so welcoming and had such a warm presence. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning and took a genuine interest in what we were looking for. On one occasion, I visited the store with a friend and was assisted by someone else. While the service was pleasant, it really highlighted just how exceptional Zoe was. The experience simply wasn’t the same. I work in the public sector so I know how important it is to recognise people who consistently go above and beyond. Outstanding service deserves to be acknowledged and Zoe truly deserves that recognition. She has been such an important part of our wedding journey and I can honestly say the experience wouldn’t have been the same without her. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Zoe. She is a real credit to Lunn’s and you are incredibly lucky to have her on your team. I’ve already been recommending her to friends and family and I’ll continue sending anyone I know who’s looking for jewellery to see her.
