- RERhona EllisJun 23, 20261.0My friend and I were in New Look Union square Aberdeen yesterday afternoon. I had come out of the changing rooms to look for a white top , I seen a shop assistant and asked her can she help me look for a white top to go with the trousers . As I was not sure what would go with trousers , the kind shop assistant showed me and my friend a couple of tops and was saying one with longer sleeves would be nice or shorter sleeves . I said thank you and started walking to the checkout and left my friend asking the lovely shop assistant something else at she had been looking at . When another shop assistant came over and was very rude and with an abrupt tone towards a colleague said YOU GET BACK TO WORK THAT CLOTHES OVER THERE IS NEEDED SORTED OUT , YOU ARE NOT HERE TO STAND ABOUT AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS . My friend and I felt this was not customer friendly . She was just doing her job to a high standard.
