  This J Crew is consistently pleasant to shop in! We’re huge J Crew fans usually shopping online. I have ten+ year old clothes from J Crew along with some added items each year. We have 5 kids who all wear J Crew. Please don’t look up my life time spending. 🤣 We recently moved nearby this brick and mortar location and have shopped three times and all three have been so delightful. A couple of my kids can really be stuck in the middle on sizing so we try on two sizes and they’re so kind to say leave the ones you don’t want - and they seem so genuine! They’re helpful at the register & overall so kind. Great experience!

  I visited this location on Memorial Day and though they were busy the staff was super friendly and accommodating to any questions. When I got home that afternoon I realized I had forgotten to pickup 2 additional items- upon calling the store the staff quickly helped me over the phone and went the extra mile to ensure I received the products I was interested in without having to go back into the store. Shout out to Kara S for being so polite and helpful over the phone it made my day! Best customer service I’ve received in a while.

  We usually don't shop in here but the selection was pretty good and we caught them on a sale. Got a bunch of shirts and shorts. The staff was super friendly.
